REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Last Updated: October 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to payments made to Hustle N Hit Sports Ltd. for academies, coaching programs, registrations, tournaments, leagues, sporting events, venue-related services, bookings and other paid services offered by Hustle N Hit.

Please review this policy carefully before making a payment.

1. No Refund After Payment

All payments made to Hustle N Hit are final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed, except where a refund or reimbursement is required under applicable law.

By making a payment, the customer, participant or parent/guardian acknowledges and accepts this policy.

2. Change of Mind

No refund will ordinarily be provided because a customer or participant:

  • Changes their mind

  • Decides not to participate

  • Is no longer available

  • Changes travel plans

  • Has another commitment

  • Selects the wrong date or program

  • Fails to attend

  • Arrives late

  • Leaves a program or event voluntarily

  • Does not fully utilise purchased sessions or services

Participants should therefore check all relevant details before payment.

3. Academy and Coaching Fees

Academy, coaching, training or development-program fees are non-refundable after payment, except where otherwise required by law.

Absence from a scheduled session does not ordinarily entitle the participant to:

  • A refund

  • Partial refund

  • Fee reduction

  • Cash compensation

Any make-up session, adjustment or credit offered by Hustle N Hit will be entirely subject to the applicable program rules and availability.

4. Event, Tournament and League Registration

Registration fees for events, tournaments and leagues are non-refundable after successful payment except where legally required.

Failure of an individual, athlete or team to participate does not ordinarily result in a refund.

5. Non-Attendance

No refund will be provided merely because a participant fails to attend an event, coaching session, tournament, league match or other booked activity.

6. Participant Disqualification or Removal

No refund will ordinarily be payable where a participant is removed, suspended or disqualified because of:

  • Misconduct

  • Breach of rules

  • Unsafe behaviour

  • Fraudulent information

  • Abuse of staff or participants

  • Damage to property

  • Violation of academy, league, event or venue rules

This is subject to applicable law.

7. Rescheduling

Hustle N Hit may occasionally reschedule an activity because of operational, safety, venue, weather or other circumstances.

Where a session, event or activity is rescheduled, the original booking may ordinarily be transferred to the revised date rather than refunded.

The remedy available will depend on the circumstances, applicable booking terms and mandatory legal requirements.

8. Event or Program Changes

Changes to reasonable operational elements of an event or program do not automatically create a right to a refund.

Such changes may include:

  • Timings

  • Fixtures

  • Coaches

  • Playing format

  • Venue within a reasonable area

  • Event sequence

  • Participating teams

  • Supporting activities

Any legal rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Cancellation by Hustle N Hit

If Hustle N Hit cancels a paid service or event, we may, depending on the circumstances and applicable terms:

  • Reschedule the service

  • Offer an alternative date

  • Offer an equivalent service

  • Provide an account credit

  • Provide another appropriate remedy

Where applicable law requires a refund or reimbursement, the legally required remedy will be provided.

10. Weather and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Outdoor sport and sporting events may be affected by weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where practical, Hustle N Hit may reschedule or modify an affected event or session.

A refund is not automatically payable solely because an activity is affected by circumstances beyond our control, except where required under applicable law or the specific terms applicable to that booking.

11. Force Majeure

Where performance is prevented or materially affected by events beyond our reasonable control—including natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closure, public emergencies, severe weather or similar circumstances—we may reschedule, modify, suspend or cancel the relevant activity.

Any credit, rescheduling arrangement or legally required remedy will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.

12. Duplicate or Incorrect Payment

If you believe:

  • The same payment was charged more than once, or

  • An incorrect amount was charged due to a technical error,

contact us promptly with payment evidence.

Verified duplicate or erroneous transactions may be corrected.

This provision does not create a general right to cancel a valid purchase.

13. Failed Transactions

If your bank account or payment method is debited but the transaction is shown as failed, reversal may be processed automatically by the bank, card network, UPI provider or payment gateway according to their processing timelines.

Customers may contact the relevant payment provider and Hustle N Hit with the transaction reference where assistance is required.

14. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment-gateway, bank or transaction charges may be governed by the relevant third-party provider.

Where any refund is legally required, the treatment of third-party charges will depend on applicable law and the relevant payment provider’s rules.

15. Transfer of Registration

A booking or registration cannot automatically be transferred to another person, team, event or date.

Hustle N Hit may permit a transfer at its discretion where:

  • The applicable program allows it

  • The request is made before the relevant deadline

  • Operational arrangements permit the change

Any approved transfer may be subject to administrative conditions.

16. Promotional or Discounted Bookings

Payments made under a discount, promotional offer, early-bird offer, package or special campaign remain subject to this non-refundable policy unless the specific offer expressly states otherwise.

17. How to Raise a Payment Issue
